The afternoon of this Monday, June 13 Peru fell in the playoff game against the Australian teamstaying away from the 2022 World Cup, which unleashed a wave of memes on social networks.

The reactions
As expected, social media users reacted quickly and took it upon themselves to point out that the Peruvians were excluded from Qatar 2022 despite the confidence they had.
